**AGGRAVATED ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT ARREST** On 11/23/2014, Police arrested Elizabeth Cho, Age 24, of Rutherford, NJ for 1 count of Aggravated Assault and 2 counts of Disorderly Conduct. Police encountered Cho while she was screaming and banging on a local residences front door. Upon seeing the responding officers, Cho became combative and argumentative with the officers. Upon the police taking her into custody, Cho resisted arrest and continued to screaming profanities. Cho later continued her disorderly behavior at police HQ, which resulted in a 2nd charge of disorderly conduct. Cho was later transported to a local hospital for evaluation. A criminal charge is merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt
