***AMAZING AVERAGE SAFER*** OK—just another tan and white dog that nobody came in for—that’s what you’re thinking! But surprise—say hello to Snoopy. Found as a Manhattan “stray”, Snoopy clearly had someone who gave him decent care. Of course, 3 days sitting in a cage at Manhattan ACC, Snoopy’s got the shelter cold. And read Snoopy’s behavioral eval—he’s rated AVERAGE; got all 1’s and 2’s on the test items. He didn’t care if they squeezed his paw, didn’t care if that big hand tried to take his food or toy or rawhide; and when that strange dog came in the room, he figured it was a new playmate. Can you say Family Dog? That’s what Snoopy is. But ACC doesn’t care how handsome and healthy and sociable Snoopy is—they’ve already got him on tomorrow’s euthanasia list. So tonight, Snoopy needs that special someone who looks into Snoopy’s eyes and just knows that this great 3 year old would fit right into their home. Can you see running along the neighborhood with Snoopy, going to the doggie park to watch him run and play with his new ‘buds, giving him belly rubs while you’re watching TV, and getting all those sloppy doggie kisses? If you can see it all, step up to foster or adopt Snoopy. But do it now—ACC will not give him a second thought and Snoopy, the great dog, will be gone forever!
