***ANNOUNCEMENT*** This will be a long one so forgive me in advance… If you could like/comment/share wed really appreciate it as wed love for the word about this to spread as far as possible... Weve been sitting on this idea for a little while now, giving it time to settle and really think it through. Weve been struggling with how to inject some much needed funds into the show to help it get to the next level while avoiding the typical crowd funding campaigns... We really want to give something back to those who contribute, make this community closer than ever before. Instead of going down the crowd funding route weve decided to go down an older path that seems to have been a little forgotten... So what have we come up with? We are launching The Hard Rock Society! This is going to be the THRS social club! This is non exclusive, open to anyone and everyone and the more that want to be a part of this the better. Honestly, wed love this to be huge! So, how is this going to work? To register your interest simply send an email to info@thrsentertainment with Society as the subject. If you decide to join this is what youll get in return: Half price entry to gigs organised by The Hard Rock Show, THRS Entertainment and Espionage Bookings. (This excludes Legions Of Steel 2015 for now.) Access to our closed Facebook group The Hard Rock Society where youll get first looks at what is coming up on all things THRS and exclusive content that wont be available elsewhere. First access to when we start filming in front of a LIVE AUDIENCE! Invitations to bi-monthly events which will be held at THRS HQ, the first of these to be in January 2015. What will it cost and how will the funds be used? We will be charging $10 a month to be a part of it all. No ongoing direct debits, no pressure, no BS. Just a simple monthly payment that you organise yourself. This money raised will go a long way. First of all, it will help us to put on events and to help the show improve. We need to build a bigger set for a live audience and we need better gear, i.e. microphones and cameras to help us get to the next level. Also, it will help to cover the costs of producing the show which is not a cheap exercise these days… Im hoping we can build this bigger than that though and have money to invest in bands. I feel like weve well established that were not in this for ourselves, we do this because we love it and because we love helping bands out. If we can make this big enough then wed love to give money to bands to help with anything from production of recordings and videos to covering tour expenses and to just chip in however we possibly can outside of giving them TV coverage they dont get anywhere else. Were a little nervous about this but honestly really excited at the same time! The possibilities that can be opened up by this are endless but we also love the idea of being more in touch with you, our audience. This isnt going to be for everyone and we understand that, were just looking for a way to build everything together. As always, feel free to leave your thoughts about this idea.
