Were going to finish off this challenge with a lot crunches - get ready for a burn! ********************************* Candlesticks - 10 reps (Pictured) * Planking Frog Tucks - 14 reps (7 each leg) 5 Burpees * Do this set three times ********************************* ** Finish with one set: Flutter Kicks - 50 reps (25 each leg) -- slow, controlled movement Reverse Plank - video posted on page Alternating Toe Touches - 40 reps (20 each side) (pictured) * Planking Frog Tucks (A) Start in a pushup position with your body straight from your shoulders to your ankles. (B) Bring your right foot forward and place it next to your right hand (or as close as you can). Try to prevent your hips from sagging or rising. Return your leg to the starting position and repeat with your left leg. Thats 1 rep. Slow, controlled movement.
