We are seeking to recruit dynamic, vibrant, passionate and aggressive individual to fill this role Duties This role is required to support the ongoing farm expansion. Hands on role for someone seeking to gain experience in the cultivation of cash crops and arable crops. You will be supervising group of workers to ensure farm tasks and milestones are achieved in a timely fashion. Ability to work on own initiative and multiple tasks at the same time. Ability to write reports showing clearly the status of farm tasks. You will be reporting to the Farm Manager.
