#Alabama #Criminal #Defense #Attorney #Help - A convict on probation for federal drug and gun charges is under arrest again following a months-long investigation by Birmingham police. Dennis Lamar Echols, 43, was arrested Tuesday with 27 pounds of pounds of marijuana and 1.3 kilograms of cocaine, said Birmingham police spokesman Lt. Sean Edwards. He was also found in possession of 4.7 ounces of crack cocaine, a Hi Point .40-caliber pistol and $6,500 in cash. Echols was released from prison in January 2011.
