....Alice was older now more mature, no longer a girl but a lady. She recently got a job as an admin assistant for an insurance company and had all but forgotten memories of her previous adventures. Her friends and family no longer humoured her vivid descriptions of the mad hatter, the tea party, the king and queen and many more colourful characters. Her reluctance to talk about her adventures meant she was effectively cured from whatever mental illness affected her. Alice had accepted that her life was now simply a case of dragging her soulless body from one 24hr period to the next. Recently however at exactly 3am every night she was affected by visions of a boat sailing the seas. The boat was filled with the most wonderful of people exiled from the society she had grown to hate. The vision became stronger and stronger and a date kept appearing everywhere she looked, 5th April, 5th April, 5th April. She needed a sign, any goddamn sign to convince her she wasnt crazy. And then it appeared...
