All right, you need to know that 1-year-old Maximillian is severely underweight at a meager 38-pounds. This little boy is starving and has had virtually no socializing experiences around people, toys and food. So, how fair is it to label him as a New Hope Only adoption because he becomes overexcited at the novelty of being offered a treat. Then they change the rules of the game & try to withdraw the bone or toy or whatever. Maximillian is perplexed at all of the shenanigans but he’s been a good boy who has not bitten anyone. Poor Max was found as a stray and already has been given a “Vacate” notice by the shelter. He’s scheduled to die tomorrow & that’s exactly what will happen without our concerted effort tonight. Will you advocate for Maximillian?
