@Amateurplayer dear Sir/Madam i look like being biased but not totally biased pointing out negativity of Mr. Anil Shah only what I was trying to be is critical and analytical rather keep on praising or keep on criticizing him. We know Anil Shah has served for Standard Chartered for more than a decade before coming to NABIL; he is talented no doubt about that and did well in NABIL Bank as well but the thing I wanted to point out is there are other CEO s who are talented and transformed a bank from a scrap to a bigger banks, who had transformed whole bank from a loss making bank to a profit making bank these are the man of honors not Mr. Shah who is born in silver spoon in banking career. Its like Nischal Pradhan taking over Nirmal Pradhan business and maintaining it though Nischal may be talented in his way but you always have to give credit or big applause to those who start from scrap like Nirmal Pradhan, Min Bahadur Gurung of BhatBhateni Supermarket they are the real heroes and transform the whole industry and change the thinking of the people. I just wanted to say its easy to get herited and maintain it but starting from zero level and making huge market cap is really difficult if MEGA BANK succeeds than i really think ANIL SHAH popularity and image is worth praising otherwise he s not worth for the image that he has been given by people earlier. There are other business leader who can be discussed banker who does not like to coming into media but brought new banking system in the country transform the whole banking concept. Yeah i do agree that person centric banda pani team ko kura garda ramro tara i just thought about disscussing about Mr. Shah so called vetron banker and his capability thats it. Lastly I think Anil Shah to me is like David Beckhem more than his football he gets limelight by his stlye, personal stuff and other. The case applies to Anil as well, more than a Banker he is limelighted by his expensive life style, luxury, mass presence, appealing interviews, endorsement and other. There are other bankers in Nepal who is more talented but he steals all the limelight in the CEO category. Lets see how he goes with MEGA Bank a BRAND rather than BANK or Luxury only. I just wanted to suggest Mr. Shah cut off your appealing interviews, lessen your salary and work hard for Mega dont sell dreams and dont increase operating cost in the name of five star banking which has been invested by share holders otherwise your name which has been earned in couple of decade just go away, be real dont make people fantasize, dont sell your dreams like politician or network marketing companies be real and see real.
