‘And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.’ (Luke 13:29 KJV) What a joy on this Lord’s day to praise and worship our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ with delegates at the International College for Officers at Sunbury Court. Salvationists around the world inspire Commissioner Silvia and me as we learn of the valued and impactful mission and ministry in which they are engaged. The delegates of the ICO gather from the north, south, east and west to learn, engage, share, reflect and worship. It is a valued and important experience in a beautiful setting and we appreciate these meaningful interactions with colleague Officers. I would invite you to prayer for us as we share in worship and ministry today. I would also invite you to continue praying for those suffering from Ebola. The World Health Organization is reporting that more than 10,000 people have contracted the disease. Pray for healing and comfort and for peace and strength for those that mourn. Please prayer for the healthcare workers and containment of the disease. Please, join Commissioner Silvia as we pray!
