And to Think I thunk- Another sunset passes, the globe makes a spin, Many passing emotions, my heartbeat worn thin, So many splinters, within and without, Trapped in the mirror, seeing my-self shout, The trials go on, like nightmare obstacles, Feeling(s) so fragmented, blown into particles, The World(s) in ruins, with much more in the Works, Just a passer by seeing it, these tears of some jerk, Climbing or crawling, broken or bleeding, Carrying my rock, each forward motion a receding, Alone among the crowd, unconcerned with the script, Were so disconnected, it makes ones heart ripped, If you saw it, youd be horrified, its truly that sad, When dawn comes for the few, theres potential to be glad, So much selfishness, yet we do not see it in ourselves, Materialisms now spirituality, go out and buy it from store shelves, Try your souls weight on scales of justice and compassion, See the world as it is, without flinching or reaction, Be blamed for being brutal, for telling/showing objective truth, Or be a tasty treat with Ketchup, for not sharing your worth, For Dragons, like psychopaths, cannot grasp the sweat of your woes, And like the flyers seek- will destroy awareness, to just below the toes, I tire and cry, so weary from the fight, Sharing one last hurrah, to the forces of light. Funny those, who these words do grasp, Giants of awareness, seekers work/hear-ing the rasp.. ..and it is night. Steve
