[Announcement to SG Players] [Re:Delayed/Lag Gameplay after Server Migration on 3/12] We are aware that most of SG players experienced high delay/spikes after our server migration on 3rd Dec. Base on some of your reports, we notice that the path/route from SG Internet Service provider (ISP) to CABAL servers is unstable at times. Our engineers checked and confirmed that there were no issues on our server end. So, wed strongly suggest players from Singapore to drop your internet provider a report regarding your current situation by sending in together your traceroute results (to our server domain). How to Traceroute : 1) In Windows, select Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt 2) Type in tracert, followed by a space, then 43.251.112.99 and hit enter. 3) Once the tracert is completed, Right-click, Select All > Right-click, Paste on a txt. file or doc. to submit as a traceroute report to your ISP.
