(Architectural Project Manager) About the Job Take a leadership role in design development as it relates to Architectural discipline Establish resource level requirements for a given project and setup the architectural team employing internal and external resources Identifies and recommends project resources for procurement provides specifications performs technical evaluationassessment of quotes Support selection of materials and suppliers Schedule and review supplier and subcontractor submittals Coordination with customers’ design team Technical leadership in all architectural design aspects Carry out constructability review during the Design and Modification stages Oversees onsite construction works in order to ensure that operations are carried out in the most efficient and safest manner taking corrective action as appropriate in full coordination with the Project Engineer Owning and tracking architectural project schedule nbsp Manage communication with the client amp Third Party. The issues of budget To ensure the qualitycontrol I.e. design deliverables are complete and accurate Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction Acts as support for operatives on nonroutine site problems applying specialist skills and knowledge to ensure problems are resolved quickly and effectively Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is managed. Implement a reporting system and develop the work flow process internal amp Externali.e Prepares reports records and correspondence on the full range of construction project activities Manage project cash flow through the completion Undertake value Engineering and Constructability reviews during the various design stages and advice on any matters arising. Monitor the performance of the AutoCAD designers ensure the design completeness and compliance with technical procedure واجبات ومسئوليات مدير المشروع يقوم بإعداد خطط و روسومات المشروع . يحدد العلاقات بين الأطراف المشتركة فى تنفيذ المشروع . يتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتدبير الموارد اللازمة للمشروع . يقوم بتنظيم أعمال المرؤوسين فى المشروع والإشراف عليهم والتنسيق فيما بينهم . يتابع تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع ويتخذ القرارات المناسبة لإصلاح مسارات التنفيذ . يراقب التكاليف ويتخذ القرارات الكفيلة بالإلتزام بخطة التكاليف . يتخذ الإجراءات الكفيلة بجعل التدفقات النقدية من وإلى المشروع لصالح المشروع . يتأكد من أن مقاولى الباطن على المستوى المطلوب ويتابع تنفيذ أعمالهم . يحافظ على حقوق الشركة التى يمثلها المنصوص عليها فى العقد ويشرف على إدارة العقد للتأكد من إصدار المتطلبات لصالح المشروع فى الوقت المناسب ويراجع المتطلبات الواردة من الطرف الآخر لتقرير مدى صحتها . يضع نظام التقارير الذى يربط داخلياً بين وظائفه التنظيمية وخارجياً مع أصحاب المشروع والإستثشاريون ومقاولى الباطن والموردون وكذلك يربط المشروع بالوظائف التنظيمية .يضع نظام التقارير الذي يوضح الأعمال المدرجة في خطة المشروع ، بالأعمال التي تم تنفيذها على أرض الواقع و تقديم التقارير التي تفيد بتطور العمل علي مدار المشروع يحضر الإجتماعات الخاصة بالمشروع على المستوى الإستراتيجى عامة والمستوى التنفيذى أحياناً . يضع سياسة تحفيز العاملين فى المشروع . يعتبر مدير المشروع هو المسئول الأول عن تحقيق خطة المشروع من حيث الوقت والتكاليف والجودة ومن ثم ينبغى أن تكون له سلطات إختيار المساعدين والمرؤوسين وإتخاذ جميع القرارات داخل المشروع بما لا يتعارض مع السياسة العامة التأكد من أن المشروع يتم تسليمه في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية الموضوعة يتأكد من الإدارة الجيدة لموقع المشروع من حي Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Architecture It is essential you have experience in high rise commercial retail and residential buildings Minimum years’810 experience as a project architect or architectural project manager Architectural design experience in commercial building construction Project management experience with successful proven record Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Revit 7 The successful candidate would also need to be assertive confident and natural team leader Keywords Architecture AutoCAD Revit Construction Engineering Project Management Company Profile Smart Trade Company Commons with the following Types of business Commercial and Residential interior designs.
