[Armed Robbery] - Senior Citizen Attacked. Date: 5 September 2014, Time: 4.40 pm Location: Ipoh, Perak A man, believed to be a senior citizen, was walking down a street when he was approached, from the back, by two men with dark tinted helmets on a red motorcycle. There was no number plate on the motorcycle. The man was pushed to the side of the road, against the buildings wall, by one of the suspects while another slashed him with a machete. It seemed like the first suspect was reaching into the victims pocket, perhaps to rob him of his belongings. Fortunately for the victim, there were a few passerby who came to his rescue when they saw that he was being attacked.
