#ArtofHandstand Day 10 As i said before Moving with your legs may disturb your concentration. But anyway you experienced it already! Do splits, then Open your legs to the side and do splits on the other leg. Generally people work on just one side (their good side) so they destroy their bodys posture, always work for both sides. Dont just do the exercise. Make sure to focus on your body and feel what you are doing. Keep repeating this exercise 4 times for each side before landing. And try to do it 5 sets. Do it slowly at the begining, then after sometime try to do it faster because so it becomes harder. Remember safety first, warm up very well and if you want do it against the wall.
