“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7 Have you ever asked God why he hasn’t answered your prayers? You continue to pray about the same thing put don’t see anything changing in your life. Do you often wonder why? Well I believe in God’s time for everything but I also believe that we don’t see the answers because we are not ready for them. I mean we don’t know what the answer looks like. We seek and ask but we are not where God wants us to be to accept the answer. All of us have prayed for someone, praying that God will heal them and they passed away. That wasn’t what we were praying for, but God still answered the prayer. God opens door for us each day but so often we don’t walk in. I know that I have missed signs from God. I don’t believe God has given up on anyone, he will keep showing us signs till we pick up on them. At times we seek what we don’t ask him for. Other times we expect without asking. We sometimes knock before we seek or ask. We all know that God knows what is on our hearts, but we first have to do ask, seek, and knock. If you are missing one of those then you are missing all of them. God’s answers are right in front of us but are we ready? How can we expect change when we are not willing to do what God wants us to do for the change? Doors are open, but do we trust God enough to walk through? I know I have not walked through doors I should have. God never gives up on us, so never give up on God!! Thanks be to God! God’s son Mark!
