Méndez, and no one else.***** My efforts to simply move out of the state of Alabama peacefully & properly have been getting derailed by extremely dangerous, treacherous, corrupt parties that have been illegitimately interfering with, obstructing, & diverting my communications while they continue to try to manufacture false claims & appearances by perpetually depriving me of sleep, reasonable opportunity to shower, rest, eat, drink, or even sit upright or breathe safe air. I have heard several parties involved referred to as Grey Market companies. And sadly there is at least the appearance of facilitation by some through the highest levels of government as well as companies, professionals including physicians, and certain relatives/pseudo-relatives, who should be able to be trusted. Consequently, I am not seeking to file a complaint with any party other than the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture who has acknowledged receipt of a preliminary draft of my concerns. Beyond that, I have been trying to make sure that the Director of Tuskegee Universitys Bioethics Center is aware of relevant events & findings with regard to both my specific situation, including a very recent phone call with some party that seems to have impersonated him & his office, and the situation of the worldwide community of targets of non-consensual human experimentation, including life-long MK-ULTRA/Manchurian Candidate/Trauma-Based programming.
