***Attention Women!*** The first Womens Meet & Train race of the year (and the second of the winter league) will be this Sunday at Sportsworld Club in Bushy Park in Rathfarnham at 11am. The Sportsworld course is a walk in the park compared to our wrestle with the Cowpark conditions in December, so we encourage all our female members to give it a try. Races are very well organised, theres a nice cup of team and biscuits afterwards, and theres a great atmosphere - a nice mix of competitiveness and camaraderie. Other clubs send up to 4 or 5 teams so wed love Dunboyne to get stuck in too. The distance is 2 miles. Registration will be from around 10 onwards in the clubhouse, although if youve registered as a team member for the last race in the Cowpark then youll just need to bring your number and warm up.
