Pakistan comes under MEIA (Middle east India & Africa) Region. MEIA Is the biggest and most profitable region in Jotun. To strengthen our growth plans, MEIA region has introduced a 1 Year MEIA Graduate Program. This is a rigorous training program integrated with permanent position. The graduates will be spending 3 Months outside Pakistan in any MEIA region country for assignments. This job is combination of training, coaching and international exposure where graduates will be meeting thrice a year in UAE with other MEIA Graduates for networking and sharing their experiences. The recruitment plan for this program is very sophisticated too. Candidates will go through ability tests, psychometric testing, assessment centers with specialists and round of interviews. Graduates will be on board on May 02, 2015.
