☆BALANCE☆ Having a hard time lugging those groceries around? Feel a little wobbly when getting into the shower, or even trying to reach for the salt and pepper on one foot ..and you feel unstable? This happens to all of us! Balance routines, aka core stengthening not only requires equalibrium, but also good stability of the core muscles and joints. Providing you to develop good posture, increased stength and flexibilty. And without core muscles you can suffer from back pain, be more prone to injury and loose stability. As some of you may know I have a Martial Arts background. And I love incorporating it into my workouts. Balance is a basic but many times over looked factor in fitness. I also have a back injury (story at teambeachbody/shefitmichelle) so its a great all around exercise to involve during your week. Its simple and a great starting point.
