******BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!****** Andy the Armadillo from Texas Roadhouse visited us today to visit our adoptable animals and help advertise an upcoming fundraiser for us! We were messaged by the very awesome Rachel Dempsey who is the store marketer for the Colonial Heights Texas Roadhouse. She had adopted a kitten from us last year and wanted to help us with a fundraiser! We cannot raise money for ourselves as a city shelter but only through a non-profit so we asked our friends at Petersburg Animal Welfare Society to help raise money for us. SAVE this flyer on your phone! If you come to the Texas Roadhouse in Colonial Heights VA on Monday September 8th or Tuesday September 9th from 4PM - 10 PM, show them this flyer, and Texas Roadhouse will donate 10% of what you spend to us! (Also we have plenty of these flyers sitting on the front desk at the shelter!!!) Also if you bring a donation seen on the list for us to collect, you will get a free appetizer on your next visit!
