**BIG CARTEL MERCH PRE-ORDER UPDATE** This store is run by the band, and we have been working tirelessly night and day to get as many pre-orders out to everyone as we possibly could before we left for tour. As of today, we were able to ship out 65% of all pre-orders placed with us. Due to the three following reasons there is a big delay on the remaining orders... 1. UPS unfortunately dropped the ball big time and not only LOST 2 entire boxes of merch we paid for and ordered from our merch company to fulfill these preorders for you guys, but they also delivered most of the merch 4 days LATE even tho 2 day shipping was paid for. This gave us a lot less time to work with before we had to leave. 2. The new snapbacks are much higher quality and thus are taking longer then previously estimated to make. They aren’t being delivered to us until mid November after we have already left for tour. 3. International orders take a VERY long time to process and ship compared to domestic orders and due to the delay in us receiving the merch, we were not able to process many international orders. The boxes that were lost by UPS contained ALL of the medium and XXL Emperor shirts and ALL of the drawstring backpacks. THIS MEANS THAT IF YOUR PRE-ORDER OR PRE-ORDER BUNDLE INCLUDED A SNAPBACK HAT, MEDIUM OR XXL EMPEROR SHIRT, DRAWSTRING BACKPACK, OR IS AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT OR YOUR BUNDLE UNTIL SOMETIME IN LATE DECEMBER/ EARLY JANUARY. We are on tour from Oct. 21st through Dec. 9th and when we return we will ship out all remaining pre orders and newly placed orders ASAP. We have edited our banner on our store, products, and auto notification emails for new purchases to reflect this delay. This situation is very frustrating for us because we hate to make everyone wait and also because we were planning on bringing the new hats, and missing shirts and backpacks on tour with us and now we can’t. Despite all of this, please rest assured that all issues are being dealt with and rectified as quickly as they possibly can.
