Such institutions are nowadays extremely few and far between; and getting rarer still ... The results of which are manifested in the quality of leaders which our respective countries have been gettingーin Industry, Academia, Media, the Arts, the Diplomatic Corps, the Armed Services, the Civil Service and elected public office. TO DO: Starting today, whenever you read in the news about misconduct, make a mental note of which primary and secondary schools the person studied in, and from which universities he obtained his Bachelors and post-graduate degrees.
