The country is in total ruin and the government doesnt know where to start with providing help to rebuild. The rest of the world is rising to their aid. The UN is sending troopers to help the Romanian army control the riots. The EU sends food and money. Ireland, not to be outdone, has sent 50,000 Romanian replacements.
