***BUS UPDATE*** From this morning onwards an extra bus will leave the Bridge at Carrigaline at 07:30 serving all stops in the Carrigaline area and then express via South Link Rd to CIT and returning via UCC. 205 - An extra coach coming from east Cork has been put in place to operate to UCC/ CIT from Bus Station at 08:00 and hopefully this will help capacity issues. Bus Eireann have yet again given assurances that they will be monitoring the buses serving CIT very closely 219 - Unfortunately at the moment there is no second bus available to cover the 219 overload. I am working hard to make sure that the above issues are addressed and I hope to pull together a meeting between Bus Eireann and local & national officials soon to take a strategic route at public transport services going to and from CIT.
