Ballous Creole Seasonings Im a business woman with forty plus years expertise in the business field. My husband and I are blessed to have employed on a full time basis hundreds of young men from the community over the many years of doing business as Ballous Mobile Wash ,Kimballou and Olympic Truck Cleaning. Twenty two years ago while visiting Louisiana ,my place of birth and enjoying the awesome dishes ,I was inspired to began mixing seasoning once I had returned to Washington..
