#Bangalore Tyco Electronics Corp hiring Trainee Finance Posted on March 22, 2014 Job Description Handling of Local payments 1) Weekly Batch - Process of vendors payments after verification of advances, blocked invoices and available NEFT details as per due dates. 2) Employee weekly batch payments. 3) Daily urgent vendor payments - discounted payments, one time vendor payments, Supplier advances ( NEFT / DD / Cheques), Employee Loan & advances. 4) Customs Duty and other Statutory payments) Sending Original Import documents to bank for payments and carry reconciliation b/w what import docs submitted to bank & what are uploaded. Co-ordinate with Citi on not uploaded cases & other Import payment clarifications. 2) - Take due payments as per O/s received from citibank & make payment voucher in SAP once its uploaded. 3)- On receipt of Bank debit advices from bank, attach the same to respective payment vouchers. 4) Accounting of bank charges for import payments. 5) Handling advance payments & Docs through banks and handing over original docs to Exim / Purchase for through bank cases. 6) Submission of BOE to bank for advance payments. Coordination for NEFT details collecting & updating in SAP for all Local and import vendors. Answering vendor queries / buyers queries on payment related. Co-ordination for payment approvals. Update NEFT not uploaded / Rejection cases to respective buyers. Coordination for Statutory / Corporate Audits. Qualification Details: Location : Bangalore Experience : 0 yrs. Education : B.Com, BBA, MBA/PGDM Desired Candidate Profile Freshers - B.Com/ BBA - Finance/ MBA Finance Communication skills - Excellent.
