#BelgianGP at Circuit de #Spa-Francorchamps is considered decent except for the first two and the last two laps which made the race interesting to watch after all the boring laps without any exciting fight, Eau Rouge is always great to see though. Daniel Ricciardo clinched another victory which is 3rd for him and 50th for Red Bull Racing. He is the first Aussie to win here after Sir Jack Brabham who did it in 1960. Mercedes rival Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton made it easy for the Aussie to take the lead from the beginning after they had a nasty contact chasing, the aggressive act punctured leading Lewiss rear left tire and broke Nicos front right wing. Lewis had his fate sealed by then and Nico fell behind and at some point it looked like he was done for the race, luckily he managed to finish P2 and extended his lead by 29 points over his team mate. Lewis Hamilton was suggesting to retire the race for a long time to save the engine for next race but Mercedes kept him racing till the end of the race. Valtteri Bottas made another podium finish, looking strong with the Williams all the season long beating his team mate Felipe Massa most of the time. Kimi Räikkönen could have ended up in the podium but somehow he lost some pace at the end of the race after his final pit stop, The King of Spa finally has beaten his team mate for the first time in this season, which is good for THE ICEMAN after struggling for a long time with the F14T. Sebastian Vettel isnt finding his good luck charm yet even after changing the engine unit in this event, managed to finish at P5 after Kevin Magnussen pushed Fernando Alonso off the track. Fernando Alonso had his bad luck starting from the warm up lap while Scuderia Ferrari mechanics had issue with the batteries. Mechanics delay threw 5 second Stop Go Penalty handed over to him and having a chance to finish in the podium had just flew away from him. McLaren rookie pushed him off the track and left him behind to P8 but a 20 second Post Race Penalty given lifted him to P7 after the race behind Jenson Button. Kevin Magnussen drifted below to P12 in the final result. Fernando Alonso was given 5 second Stop Go Penalty in Lap 14. Kevin Magnussen was given 20 second Post Race Penalty. Andre Lotterer retired due to Engine issue in Lap 1. Pastor Maldonado retired in Lap 1 for Mechanical issue. Romain Grosjean retired due to Engine issue in Lap 33. Lewis Hamilton retired in Lap 38. Jules Bianchi retired in Lap 39.
