You may or may not know my history with Todd. I was the one who should have not backed down from the TRO I had on him years ago. Ironically two years ago Harry Wyant and Gloria Decker reached out to me for a copy of the TRO which I believe they circulated when he was running for council the first time, now they are his best friends. The guy is scum as you know, he thrives on physically and emotionally abusing women, and when I lived at the family compound as they refer to it, his brother Terry lived next door in the home Betty lives in. They made my life hell! Todd is a pot head and that was one of my worst beatings from him. I had found a stash of it in his condo in Lopat, asked him why he had it, and that night was something I would never want to relive! Then he did the same thing to Jill. It amazes me how fooled people are by him. When I was in town, he would continually drive past my house through my alley in the back of Columbus Street.
