*Brand new to our rescue* Please welcome, Noelle! Oh hi there…My name is Noelle and I am a 3 year old tiny little girl looking for a family to make me the queen of their castle. I adore my stuffed toys, they are like my babies. I bring them all over the house to show everyone what I am doing. I am an excellent lap dog as I am only 14 lbs. I love to follow my foster dad all around the house. As you can see in my pics I don’t like to be far from him. He is my BFF!!
