(((Breaking Now))) Three youth injured in clashes in south Kashmir: Kulgam, July 20: Three youths and an equal number of paramilitary CRPF men were injured Sunday in clashes between protesters and government forces in south Kashmir. Clashes erupted in Qaimoh area of Kulgam district as youth, who had assembled in large numbers to protest the killing of Suhail Ahmad Lone last evening, pelted stones on forces deployed in strength in the area. Forces responded with lathicharge and tear gas in which three youths were wounded. They have been shifted to district and sub-district hospitals in the town. One youth who is yet to be identified has been hit by a tear gas shell on his head. The twin districts of Anantnag and Kulgam are witnessing a complete shutdown to protest Ahmad’s killing in CRPF firing in Khudwani area of the district. Hurriyat (G) last evening called for a strike in Kulgam district against the killing.
