@BrockUniversity @BrockBUSU Brock University will not discipline blackface costume winners! I am a Brock University alumni. This behavior surprises me not. An administration that chooses not to reprimand racism, publicly denounce the act, or engage in reconciliation action, is a racist administration hence a racist institution. It is unbecoming of president Jack Lightstone through Brock Universitys spokesman Kevin Cavanagh to revert to a no intention = absolved from consequence of behavior rhetoric. If I set the university on fire, accidentally, with no intention, does that absolve me from the consequence of this misfortune?
