¿Buscas trabajo o Aventura? Feedlot Manager needed to work on a 50,000 head feedlot in Russia, this is a role working with a leading Agricultural firm in the region. Sam H. International Recruitment Consultant - Construction / Engineering at Millar Cameron Feedlot Manager - Beef Cattle - Russia An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Feedlot Manager to work in a leading Russian Beef Production company who have large scale operations throughout Russia. The role requires someone with previous feedlot experience. The ideal Feedlot Manager will have experience of working on large Feedlots, ideally of 50,000 head of cattle or larger and is happy to take a hands on approach to managing the feedlot. The main responsibilities of the successful Feedlot Manager will be: • Overseeing the day to day operations of the feedlot • Creating regular reports to be sent to Head Office on the progress of the Feedlot’s output levels. • Managing the cowboy crews that are working around the feedlot. • Ensuring that the feed trucks and other equipment is correctly looked after. Personal Requirements: • A fluency in English is a must. • Must have at least 5 years of experience working in a feedlot management role. • Experience of working on feedlots of 40,000 head or larger will be looked upon favourably. • Familiarity with working in colder climates will be advantageous.
