“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true WORSHIPERS will WORSHIP the Father in SPIRIT and TRUTH; for the Father seeketh SUCH to WORSHIP Him Jhn. 4:23 The problem is not a lack of worship music, but a lack of worshipers! God is not seeking the most angelic voice; the most elaborate light show, the most expensive sound system, or even the most prolific musicians. God seeketh the SUCH! SUCH as are willing to worship Him in SPIRIT and TRUTH. Truth, meaning that, their worship is REAL! Their worship is a sacrifice of praise offered completely to God, and cares not for the praise of men! In SPIRIT, meaning, they hear the Lord as they worship; therefore, they are able to lead others into true worship. Only those who spend quality time in the secret place, know how to lead others there! Music is only one of the ways that He has ordained for us to express our worship. Yet, too many worship leaders today spend more time honing their craft, than they spend alone on their face before God! Have you ever heard one person sing a certain song and it was dripping wet with the anointing, and then, hear another person sing the same song, and it was drier than a West Texas cotton patch?! Thats because, God anoints those who worship Him in spirit and in truth! An OVERLY STRUCTURED worship service, can easily quench the Spirit! Its not about singing the hottest new song; or playing the oldest hymn! Its ALL about HIM!
