***CALL TO ARTISTS*** Deadline for entries August 18th, 2014 Perceived Reality: The Art of the Self Portrait September 4, 2014 7:00pm – 10:00pm New City Studio presents Perceived Reality: The Art of the Self Portrait for its fall opening show. Artists are encouraged to submit contemplative pieces that reflect this theme. We are seeking self-portraits that reflect the artists’ perception of themselves represented in painting, photography, drawing, or sculpted form.
