“CARING FOR YOUR PEOPLE IN LEADERSHIP” In leadership caring for your people or community means doing all you can to try to make them meet their physical, security, social, and individual needs, it therefore goes farther than most leaders perception that once your people have adequate food, clothing, rest , shelter and necessary basic tools and equipments to do their daily basic jobs, then they are done. The human subsystem cycle requires that those in leadership to always look at some key areas that relate to taking care of their peoples /community welfare to complete the equation of caring and these include a. Creating a work environment that facilitates productivity and pride in membership to the community b. Create programs for professional and personal growth c. Create programs for physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of the community d. Removal of individual ego, that are unable to meet the standards e. Transition from a poor and backward society to a better and civilized community So “over to you people” in reference to the above do you think our leaders in Ntorooko really care for their community or they care for themselves?
