D first message was charged for N10, i hisseD and managed d 2nd step; thus another N10 was charged. Nwanne , aburum ha onu ubochi ahu. * i dnt knw weda dat one still dey again now last 2 WEEKS I had few cash and decided to use d ATM TO PAY AFTER shopping a few things @ a #SuperMart. Lo and behold! After tryin to connect d card in dia machine, no service and I had to drop some of the purchased items...... I dont know if someone else has been successful with the supposed CASHLESS POLICY* ???
