**CATCH REPORT** Junior Team Member Josh White has being doing what he does best and landing more stunning Carp!! He has recently visited premier venue Emperor Lakes Fishery check out his report to see how he got on, Emperor Pallatrax lakes My latest successful session has come from Emperor Pallatrax lakes. Despite all the extremely hot weather, I still managed to bank a few fish, from 5lb to 20:04lb.I was setup on swim 7 on the Specimen day ticket lake, I chose this swim because I controlled a lot of water. To my left I had an island with a shelf running alongside it around 2/3ft deep and in front of me I had a lot of open water with averaged in depth around 9/10ft. With soaring temperatures during the day reaching high twenties, there was little chance of picking up a fish during the day, therefore I went and gave Dave the fisheries owner a hand with maintenance around the fishery during the day. At around 6pm I arrived back to my swim ready for night. My rigs on both rods consisted of Pallatraxs olive-coloured rig tubing, LILO medium Stonze a swivel clip, Pallatraxs Snag-link in 30lb and a size 6 The Hook. My hook baits on both rods consisted of Pallatraxs Crave and Jungle both in boilies and squabs, I then dipped the hook baits in their matching glug. I also used a PVA mesh bag of boilie crumb slid onto the hooklink to prevent the hair tangling around the hook or the hook point getting stuck into any debris. I then scattered around 30/40 boilies/squabs around each rod. during this session I caught one of the stockies that we put in the lake earlier this year, this is a fish for the future! I was just as happy to catch this fish as I was to catch the 20lb’er Cheers Josh. Great result Josh on a top venue!!
