**CONDITION ALERT** - The 423rd Battalion of the Texas Light Foot Militia and the United American Militia Advisory Council (UAMAC) will move up to Condition Delta (HIGH/ORANGE/MDC-3) as of 2130 hrs. (Small unit leaders, prepare to assist. Be ready to move on 2 hours notice, and check your extraction routes. Maintain close contact with your immediate chain of command and team members.) REASON: Due to the recent events in Ferguson, MO, a group called Ferguson Action has emerged that is pushing for violent protest in other states following a “not guilty” verdict in Darren Wilson’s trial which could happen in the next few days. A page on the group’s website enumerates 100 cities around the country where they plan to meet and protest. The primary concerns lie in the infringement of citizens’ rights, and destruction of private property. As a conglomerate of civilian militias, we plan to stand ready to offer assistance to our neighboring militias by mobilizing to secure all private property in the affected areas and provide physical security, if requested.
