{CONFESSION: 3 DAY CLEANSE SKEPTIC} I will admit that when Beachbody launched its 3 day Refresh program, I was both skeptical and unsure if I was ready to introduce it to my customers. Though I was confident that Beachbody put out an amazing product, I have never encouraged women to cleanse. I have these horrible visions of you sitting on the toilet all day cursing my name for getting you started in such a program! :) One of my best friends Aubrey asked me about the new product launch and I was very transparent in my opinions about it. She ordered it anyways and agreed to keep a detailed diary on her daily progress, food intake, emotions, and I told her I wanted a 100% honest account to share with all of you. She held nothing back. Even her gas. haha. 3 days later, she was down 6 pounds and 1.5 inches in her waist. She had a new appreciation for portion size and felt amazing in her clothes again.
