***CONFESSSION*** I Garrain Stephan Jones as a 30K Executive Presidents Team Member am VERY aware and clear that my business grew rapidly in the past three years. I am also aware that when their was massive momentum so many small but major details were missed. I am also aware that during the time there was momentum i thought it would keep going forever because my ego led me to believe that everything i did was right! I am now aware that thats not the case.... for now not the everything i did was right part but the momentum doesnt last forever part Now what has been brought to the surface are all of the mistakes that i have personally made in the past, the little/BIG details i overlooked which has created its own momentum in the opposite direction.... for now I have been a good leader and admit that i have so many things to work on to become a GREAT Leader but the best thing i love about the opportunity of choice is the choice to make that decision at any given moment and since i will be with this company forever i can continue to keep improving just like those that came before me had the opportunity to. I apologize to anyone who i mightve put off because of my attitude or lack of initiative. I am more than excited to keep getting better and better. Im not where i would like to be but i am definitely not where i was when i first came in and for that i am grateful. After speaking with many of the leaders that have come before me i found out that this was normal and apart of every business model in any field and what i now realize is its not about what happens to us, its about what we do about it that creates the result. Now i fully understand the true meaning of ONLY THE STRONG WILL SURVIVE Our character is built when we have the most opportunities to grow. I had a very detailed conversation with my friend and living legend in our company Dennis Dowdell at the #PresidentsTeamRetreat two nights ago and he said that momentum comes in waves! like if you were swimming in the ocean and two or three waves were all hitting at once and you can ride those waves all the way to the shore and then the water is flat but if you stay sitting at the shore you wont catch anymore waves. You have to swim back out there and do it again. You might be in the flat water for a while but when those waves comeback then you are back in the momentum Thank you for that Dennis! message recieved! Update: For the last few months i have redirected my focus from Business Lifestyle to detailed client focus with the intention of adding the most value and skills upfront which creates the most amazing outcome in transformations. Thru this process i am seeing and feeling a massive shift and the beginning of a swell in momentum. The waves are heading back in twos and threes and this time i am VERY clear on my standards and who i get to be as a Leader and will not miss the small details inside of the details. In order to have a Sustainable forever business then i get become a Sustainable FOREVER Leader. DONE! I LOVE GOD, I LOVE MY FAMILY, I LOVE MY FREINDS I LOVE MY CLIENTS, I LOVE MY TEAM, I LOVE Herbalife I JUST LOVE P.s. Its 2015 who coming swimming with me???
