His name is Samson, Sam/Sammy for short. He has his shots, is neutered, and has the Seresto 8 month flea & tick collar that is effective until February 15. This decision to surrender him to your care is not one that was reached lightly. We love him beyond words, however, his welfare is paramount and we, very unfortunately, are not suitable for him. We pray that you are able to find someone who is. He is primarily a loving, highly intelligent and energetic dog with bouts of possessive aggression, which when coupled with his size, continues to be overwhelming. We have continually attempted to meet his energy release needs, but seem to fail at every turn, further fueling his unruliness. Our hope is that he could greatly benefit from proper training and/or facilities with more open space for off-leash options, and socialization. He has so far been friendly with other dogs, and seems to enjoy the company of them, we are just financially incapable of providing him a playmate full-time. Ive attached some pictures, per request.
