The objective of the mission is: To prepare the masterplan for Apollonia archeological Park with the south gate as new entrance, prepare detailed designs regarding the shortcomings on the Monastery complex, prepare tender dossier, for launching the works contract regarding the Restoration and consolidation of the Monastery of St. Mary in Apollonia. (1) Architect – Team Leader (50 days) Qualifications and skills: • University degree in Architecture (or equivalent). • Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum level 2 accepted for a scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic). General professional experience: • Minimum of 10 (ten) years of relevant experience in managing design, supervision or construction in building sector. Specific professional experience: • Have at least 1 (one) previous experience in concept development and/or design in the restoration of historical sites involving monasteries, castles, archaeological sites etc. (2) Civil Engineer (45 days) Qualifications and skills: • University degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). • Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum level 2 accepted for a scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic). General professional experience: • Minimum of 10 (ten) years of relevant experience in construction of civil buildings. Specific professional experience: • Have at least 1 (one) previous experience as structural design engineer in the projects for restoration/ rehabilitation of streets, buildings, structures belonging to historical sites. • Have at least 1 (one) previous experience in preparation of Bill of Quantities and technical specification. (3) Mechanical Engineer (15 days) Qualifications and skills: • University degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). • Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum level 2 accepted for a scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic). General professional experience: • Minimum of 3 (three) years of relevant experience in the design of hydro – mechanical installations in civil buildings. Specific professional experience: • Have at least 1 (one) previous experience in the design of fire hydrants or irrigation system for vegetation control.
