#CatherineKusasira Breaks Up With Soldier, Goes Back To Sseruga: If you thought #Zari and #IvanSemwanga are the only dramatic couple that we have, you are mistaken. There is actually a couple that has had more ‘break-ups’ and re-unions than the Semwangas. Singers Catherine Kusasira and Fred Sseruga have made up again for the seventh time following their split last year. By press time, Catherine was already back at Sseruga’s home on Salaama road executing house chores just like any other housewife. The bummy singer is said to have returned to Sseruga’s home, apologizing that she had been misled to pack her bags and leave Sseruga’s home for a one Capt Kiwanuka, an army officer. The ‘Enkola Ya Taxi’ singer literally jumped out of Sseruga’s taxi and boarded Kiwanuka’s just days later. The two, who belong to the same band would even perform on the same stages but when the duo’s time to head home reached, each took a separate route. Sseruga decided to celebrate her return with a song released on Monday, in which he boasts of being the victor. This has caused suspicion among their fans, saying that their “separations” are basically to promote their songs. However, Kusasira says she had decided to leave Sseruga after she was misled but due to Sseruga’s persistent pleas for her to return home, she realised that he is the true man created for her. She decided to go back home to raise her children. THEIR PAST BREAK-UPS AND MAKE-UPS In 2009, Sserugga reportedly chased Kusasira away over allegations of infidelity and the latter leveled the same accusations over Sseruga. She admitted to the accusations and said that she had only done it once but this was often done by Sseruga. After reconciliation, they broke up again a year later with Kusasira saying the father of her children was planning to marry another woman. This time she said her decision was final because she had a new catch to whom she was to introduce soon. Kusasira left Sseruga’s home and went to stay with her mother Deborah Luwandagga. However, their break-ups have always led to success of their songs which mostly hit at each other after split. Kusasira once sang Wafuuka bikadde and Sserugga replied with Kiti kyamuwogo. Later on, when Kusasira sang ‘Enkola ya taxi and Sseruga replied with Enkola ya boda and all of these songs have been successful. #EVibeUg
