(Central idea from Wordsworth’s poem, The world is too much with us) We have become so busy, night and day, We do not find time to enjoy the view. Mother Nature, it’s our fault that is true. We have failed to thank you along the way. How could we have let our hearts go astray? It’s so tempting beneath the sky so blue, Each time we look, it is so fresh and new. But we move on, we have no time to stay. Great God, were I a fluttering butterfly, Sniffing and tasting wonderful flowers. And then I would take flight up in the sky, Enjoying life’s beauty for endless hours. Alas I lack time even though I try, Some things in life are beyond my powers.
