#Cluctchmypearls...guess who can trot on the #treadmill and not have a #dogaggressive outburst? Yup, Miss #Lucy. In this video she is given the opportunity to behave badly with my #aussieshepherd #Karma, and she chooses not to. So how does this happen where a dog goes from being an #aggressive #hotmess to a #calmfamilydog? The short answer is I do not put up with shenanigans from anyone in my home. All of the dogs, no matter their age, breed, gender, or behavioral issue, are expected to behave calmly and respectfully at all times with every other living creature. I foster a state of calmness by addressing the tiniest indiscretion and then moving right along about my day. I do believe Lucys biggest issues are that she is under socialized and has never been corrected for trying to correct other unbalanced dogs. Instead of her lashing out in the future it will be her #instinct to turn and look for her owners to #advocate for her. Advocating for any dog, means youre required to step in and intervene before the dog feels pressured to react by correcting another badly behaved dog. #goodkarmatraining #staffordshireterrier #pibble #pitbull #aussieshepherd
