*Cold night in store* Low temperatures are expected to fall into the upper 30s for portions of the Upper Half while low to upper 40s can be expected elsewhere. The coldest temperatures are forecast to occur in rural New Castle and Cecil counties into northeastern Kent county MD and northwest Kent county DE. Otherwise, low 40s are predicted inland north of Virginia with middle to upper 40s near the coasts and bays. In Virginia and along the coastlines, low 50s are anticipated.
