“Communication Manager” is required for a Well Known Marketing company as per the following Requirements: * 3 years Experience in Advertising Agency is a must * Communication, interpersonal, Closing & Negotiation skills. * Fluent English & Excellent Computer Skills. Main Duties: • Prepare annual & monthly strategic plans; • Prepare annual & monthly action plans; • Building, Training, Supporting & Managing Sales Team; • Analyzing existing data, market reports and trends; • Responsible for achieving Personal & Team Targets; • Generate new leads & Approaching for new businesses; • ‘Pitching’ along with other team members to approach new clients; • Manage clients accounts, budgets & administration; • Briefing the creative team & production team; • Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients. Working Hours : From 9 AM To 5:15 PM . Days Off : Friday & Saturday . Packages :7,000 Depending On Experience & Qualifications .
