Here are some tips of how to get back on track... 1) drink LOTS of water to flush out your body 2) have a super dense nutritional shake or smoothie (I like Shakeology®) 3) get moving 4) eat 4-5 SMALL healthy meals today consisting of fresh fruits & veggies, nuts, seeds, whole grains, & lean protein 5) find an accountability buddy to do this with you
