~Consequences of Anger~ Everyday life pressure can come from work and negative colleagues, a destabilized marriage, a dysfunctional family or financial troubles. These severe stresses can cause a sudden upsurge of anger. Anger can: • make you oppress and hurt the self-esteem of your loved ones, only to regret later. But the harm has already been done. • make you vent out your inner frustrations behind the wheels, leading to a fatal accident and the death of innocent people. • make you lose your job. • split the veins in your brain, causing internal bleeding and make you physically cripple for the rest of your life. • make you commit suicide. To undermine a sudden anger, recite Yogi Tamby’s mantras and affirmations. They are cosmic vibrations which help to clear the conscience. The mind will suddenly be relieved from an array of negative thoughts and be replaced with a sense of peace. ~29th of October~ Affirmations (Take a few minutes off your busy schedule and meditate of the affirmation) Divine Energy and Spiritual Master, I shall be enthusiastic and wake up in a positive manner.
